Yes, I know Raiden's sleeve is missing that symbol, but I couldn't find a good reference pic with a clear shot of what the symbol looked like.

Tamura stood in a meadow, where a lot of sakura blossoms grew on the trees. She replayed in her mind the defeat of the Deadly Alliance. Her eyes suddenly widened.
"Whatever happened to Raiden?" she asked herself softly. She then remembered that he was nowhere to be found after the final battle with Shang Tsung and Quan Chi. Her lowered as she thought of this.
"Why?...Why did you have to go?" she muttered as tears streamed down her face. She shook her head and wiped the tears away as she remembered the last words he told her. "Be strong.." is what he said. "Huh?" Tamura looked around as she heard footsteps.
"Tamura..." she heard a familiar voice...a familiar deep, but godly, voice. 'Could that be...?!' she turned around to see a familar silver-haired man standing before her in all his divine glory. It was indeed Raiden. Tears streamed down Tamura's face as she smiled.
"Raiden!" she cried out as she ran over and hugged the Thunder God tightly, sobbing softly. Raiden chuckled softly and held Tamura warmly in his arms, stroking her hair gently. He placed a hand gently on her shoulder, using his other hand to prop her head up so that they were looking into each other's eyes.
Suddenly a petal of a sakura blossom fell and landed on Tamura's bangs. Raiden carefully grabbed the petal out of her hair and chuckled once again.
"They're starting to bloom," he said. "It's getting quite windy, too."
"It is indeed," Tamura replied.
"Tamura..."
"Yes, Raiden?"
Raiden paused for a moment as he looked into Tamura's crystal blue eyes, which shined more beautifully than any crystal or gem.
"I love you," he said, smiling warmly at her. Tamura smiled as tears welled up in her eyes again.
"I love you, too."
Raiden pulled Tamura closer and leaned in towards her, and as their lips met, the wind picked up and sakura petals flew and danced in the wind.
